The Papal Visit 2015 Preparation continued with the celebration of Christ the King Solemnity during the 7:00 A.M. Sunday Mass at Manila Cathedral-Basilica on November 23, 2014.
The Papal Visit 2015 Preparation delved on Session Three of the Formation Modules, entitled : The Pope and the Philippine Church. Connecting the Gospel of the Sunday, Msgr. Nestor Cerbo, the Mass Presider, said the Pope Francis has the care and concern for our least brothers and sisters.
That is the reason why he is visiting us. He would like to minister to all of us, especially the victims of the Super-Typhoon Yolando at Tacloban and Palo, Leyte.
He would like to minister to them who are hungry, thirsty, stranger, naked, ill and in prison. This is Christ the King, the head of the Church would like us to do and He will judge us on how we cared for our least brothers and sisters in the Final Judgment. (Picture by Arman Fernandez)
