Almost 4000 local and international delegates packed the Manila Cathedral this afternoon for the opening mass of the 4th World Apostolic Congress on Mercy. The mass, concelebrated with hundreds of bishops and priests from here and abroad, was presided by the Apostolic Nuncio Most Rev. Giuseppe Pinto, with Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle as homilist.
